Nancy Drew

THE PROJECT: In 30-60 seconds, develop the intro to a TV show or movie. The intro could be from a real or made up movie or show.

MY SOLUTION: I hand illustrated my concept for a Nancy Drew movie, based off of the first ever Nancy Drew book. The idea of the intro is to actually go into the book and have a cartoon style movie. I worked to create a juxtaposition of the cartoon style with the real life versions of Nancy Drew that have been created in recent years.

Harry Potter

THE PROJECT: Create a 30 second motion graphic project with any data set.

MY SOLUTION: Using After Effect, I took data about the Orlando Florida Universal Harry Potter World and created a set of data points with visuals to match the points. The Harry Potter world has a multitude of information so I focused in on the park to narrow the data. I integrated music from the movies, and created a look similar to that of the beginning credits of the movies. I also used a Harry Potter font to bring the whole feel of the piece together.
